    While food was great as greggs always is, service was rushed. I was trying to decide what I would like as my usual option wasn't available, the woman at the till asked what I was after and I returned with give me one moment I'm still deciding to which I received an eyeroll and a sigh. Just clarify there was no queue at this point and when someone came I moved aside until I decided.

    Stopped for a quick bite, roast chicken baguette (delicious) and a drink. The reason for my review is the excellent customer care I saw today.The female member of staff was very attentive to an an elderly lady customer who'd come in alone.Every now.and again the staff member spoke to the customer which I could see made her feel most welcome. so often these days, the elderly are invisible to those around them, but not in Greggs.I'd want this member of staff at the helm of my company, she's a wonderful advocate of how customer service should be done.I didn't catch her name, but I heard her firewall of her daughter being a majorette.

    We popped into the Greggs in Dorchester one Sunday morning it was early but already busy.We got a bacon roll breakfast and a sausage roll breakfast and had to sit outside on a bench as the inside seating had been taken.The staff were friendly and attentive and we were served quickly, there was plenty of choice with the food available so nothing to complain about, if you're in Dorchester try it.
